1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time may be longer during festivals, holidays, or high-order volume periods.
2. Shipping Coverage
RotorKart currently ships across India.
International shipping may be available for selected products in the future.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location.
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
Product weight
Package dimensions
Delivery location
Free shipping offers, if available, will be displayed on the website during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
Shipping Confirmation Email
Tracking Number
Courier Details
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their delivery policy.
If the delivery fails because of:
Incorrect address
Incorrect phone number
Customer unavailable
additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
Record a continuous unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package.
Take clear photos of the outer package and the damaged product.
Contact RotorKart within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.
9. Carbon Fiber Products
Carbon Fiber products are packed carefully to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
Please inspect the package immediately after delivery.
If RotorKart has shipped the wrong product or wrong size, we will provide a replacement after verification.
Refunds are not available for Carbon Fiber products.
10. Bionic Butterfly Kits & Spare Parts
If a Bionic Butterfly Kit or spare part is damaged during transit:
Report the issue within 48 hours.
Provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video.
Share photos if requested.
After verification, RotorKart will provide a replacement.
Refunds are not available.
11. Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver every order on time, RotorKart is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Other unforeseen events beyond our control
12. Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused by the customer after shipment, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges and handling costs, where applicable.
