1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time may be longer during festivals, holidays, or high-order volume periods.
2. Shipping Coverage
RotorKart currently ships across India.
International shipping may be available for selected products in the future.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location.
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
Product weight
Package dimensions
Delivery location
Free shipping offers, if available, will be displayed on the website during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
Shipping Confirmation Email
Tracking Number
Courier Details
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their delivery policy.
If the delivery fails because of:
Incorrect address
Incorrect phone number
Customer unavailable
additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
Record a continuous unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package.
Take clear photos of the outer package and the damaged product.
Contact RotorKart within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.
9. Carbon Fiber Products
Carbon Fiber products are packed carefully to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
Please inspect the package immediately after delivery.
If RotorKart has shipped the wrong product or wrong size, we will provide a replacement after verification.
Refunds are not available for Carbon Fiber products.
10. Bionic Butterfly Kits & Spare Parts
If a Bionic Butterfly Kit or spare part is damaged during transit:
Report the issue within 48 hours.
Provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video.
Share photos if requested.
After verification, RotorKart will provide a replacement.
Refunds are not available.
11. Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver every order on time, RotorKart is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Other unforeseen events beyond our control
12. Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused by the customer after shipment, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges and handling costs, where applicable.
At RotorKart, we aim to offer carbon fiber rods at competitive prices for customers involved in RC aircraft, drones, robotics and DIY projects.
Our pricing strategy considers the overall cost of supplying and fulfilling orders. We strive to keep product prices competitive while accounting for the additional expenses involved in packaging, handling and delivering long products.
Product prices, shipping charges and protective packaging charges are displayed separately at checkout to provide customers with a clear breakdown of their order cost.
2. Shipping Charges & Courier Selection
Carbon fiber rods are long products that require suitable packaging and careful handling during transportation. Shipping charges may vary depending on parcel dimensions, destination, courier availability and delivery requirements.
RotorKart may use Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post Speed Post or another suitable courier service, depending on service availability, destination coverage and expected delivery timelines.
If a particular courier does not serve the customer’s PIN code or has unsuitable delivery timelines, RotorKart may select an alternative shipping service.
3. Shipping Pricing & Actual Courier Costs
The shipping charge displayed at checkout is determined by RotorKart’s shipping pricing structure and the requirements of fulfilling the order. It is not necessarily identical to the amount ultimately charged by the courier company.
For example, an order initially considered for Delhivery or Blue Dart may be dispatched through India Post Speed Post because of destination coverage or delivery requirements. In such cases, the actual courier cost may be lower than anticipated.
The shipping charge paid at checkout is part of RotorKart’s overall order-pricing and fulfilment structure. A difference between the checkout shipping charge and the actual courier cost does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of that difference.
4. Separate Paper Tube Packaging Charges
Carbon fiber rods require appropriate protective packaging to help reduce the risk of bending or damage during transportation.
A separate paper tube packaging charge may apply to cover the cost of the protective packaging used for the order. This charge is separate from the shipping charge and is displayed independently at checkout.
5. Refund Policy for Shipping & Packaging Charges
RotorKart does not provide refunds for shipping charges or paper tube packaging charges merely because the actual courier cost is lower than the amount collected at checkout, or because an alternative courier service is used.
These charges form part of RotorKart’s order-pricing and fulfilment structure and are calculated separately from the product price.
This policy does not exclude any refund or remedy that RotorKart is legally required to provide under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are requested to review the product price, shipping charges, packaging charges and other applicable fees before placing an order.
